Returns & Exchanges

All items are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless::

- The ordered item is damaged, has a *defect. (We will replace item(s))
- Wrong size, product type, *color – not the one you have ordered. (We will replace item(s))
- My order was not received. (We will resend order or refund up to your choice) (Refund will be issued if order did not arrive in 60 days form order date)

*Brightnes, saturation, color shades of clothing picture on the monitor are always slightly different from printed product.  This is not a defect.

Note that we focus on email communications for all business related to orders. Please don't request returns or refunds via Facebook, Instagram, or other social media.
